Once you have launched your website, your business will be operating online and often your website will be the first place your potential customers will go to find out more about you and your business.
Your website should support your overall marketing strategy, so everytime you run a new promotion or offer a new product or service, your website MUST be updated to include the new information if you are serious about online promotion.
In an effort to streamline our services and provide our customers with as much free support as possible, we have put the following support mechanisms in place:
- An Online Marketing Blog
- User manuals.
- A knowledge base for common questions & technical support. The knowledge base should be your first point of call, particularly for technical queries (i.e. email problems). We are continually adding to this knowledgebase to make it a really useful resource.
- Where the information you require is not provided in our knowledge base, all enquiries should be directed to our support team. A support ticket will be raised so that you can check the progress of your query at any time. Support tickets can also be raised through the Support form in the Dashboard of your web administration or via our website by clicking on Support in the menu.
- Our 0800 number (0800 WEBZ NZ/0800 932 969) should be the primary contact phone number you keep on file as it will redirect to the relevant on call support team in our absence.
