The support package can also be allocated to any technical support, consultations or training required.

Instead of spending hours of your own time working on your website each month, our web specialists can put the time into your website for you.  Given that we are trained in specialty areas across the web, we will add value to your website more efficiently than you could yourself.

Where no support requests have been made during the month, the allotted time will be utilised for search engine optimisation to improve your website rankings on search engines such as Google (or other as agreed).

Your commitment to our support package is available in 3 month blocks, so subscribe to a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month plan today!  Support plans will keep rolling over unless you unsubscribe.

Key Support

Our key support package entitles subscrribers to 15% off all support each month for clients committing to a $100 - $300 spend per month.  

If you require more support in any given month, you will automatically be moved up to the next discount rate, ensuring you get the maximum savings available.

15% off - Save up to $45 per month.

Classic Support

Our classic support package entitles subscribers to 20% off all support each month for clients committing to a $301 - $500 spend per month.  

20% off - Save up to $100 every month. 

Champion Support

Our champion support package is for those wanting to add real value to their website every month by committing to more than $500 in support every month.

25% off - Save hundreds every month.

Casual Support

Quick Fix fee: $28.75 for technical assistance where time taken does not exceed 10 minutes.
Casual Support Fee (technical or other) is $34.50 / 15 minutes of support.

Response Times

All "bugz" or ehancement requests submitted via our support form will be given a priority rating. Once we have received the notification, we will reallocate the urgency of the request dependant on the nature of the fault or request (and also in related to other requests received). We strive to meet the below timeframes, which give an indication of how long to expect before the issue will be actioned. NOTE: The response times are based on the priority allocated by the Webz team (not necessarily the priority the user submitted). An up-to-date list of our response times are:

CRITICAL - 0 - 48 hours

HIGH - 2 to 10 working days

MEDIUM - 10 to 60 working days

LOW - As possible

COSMETIC - will be considered for future releases.

NICE TO HAVE - will be considered for future releases.
